Take everything with a grain of salt, these are just my personal viewpoints and I predict that almost all of them will change in the coming years.

On becoming "cracked"

Self-improvement is all about increasing the communication between past, present, and future. You need to learn from the mistakes you've made, work effectively in the present, all while keeping your future goals in mind.
Getting out of your comfort zone is super important, so much so that I believe that a fear of doing something new is in itself a reason to do that thing.
Luck is a part of success. If we take success to be akin to rolling dice, the only way we can control that chance is by rolling the dice again, and again, and again... Essentially, maximize the chances to be lucky by showing up as much as possible, whether that be to networking events or restaurant giveaways.

People who offer new perspectives on something, especially when you find yourself working in a bubble, are incredibly valuable.
Gatekeeping is 99% of the time a sign that you're ngmi. Almost nothing is a true zero-sum game.

Empathy is the key. Being able to put yourselves in the shoes of a potential client or frustrated team member is an important skill.
Good leadership balances assertiveness with understanding. Too much of either is a bad thing.
